Cappamore village is a 5 minute drive away (Eibhle Restaurant)
Cappamore village is larger than Palasgreen so you have a better choice of Pubs. Hayes and O'Dwyers are the two main pubs. Both are family owned pubs and are lively during the weekends.

Boher village is a 5 minute drive away
Boher is a small village but has three pubs. Two of the pubs have traditional thatch roofing with traditional Irish open fires inside. The three pubs in Boher are Pa McGraths, O'Neills and Hanlys.

Durty Nellys Bar and Restaurant is located beside Bunratty Castle and is only a 30 minutes drive away. The pub is steeped in history. Legend has it that Nelly introduced Poteen to Ireland....
